Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective: 19 April 2026
Current status: All QuitLosing services are currently free of charge. This policy will apply when paid subscription tiers launch. Nothing here applies to the free QuitLosing Practice assessment — there's nothing to cancel or refund.
1. What this policy covers
This policy describes how refunds and cancellations work for paid subscriptions, courses, and digital products offered by QuitLosing.
2. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time via your account settings or by emailing hello@quitlosing.in. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to the subscription until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- We do not pro-rate mid-cycle refunds for recurring subscriptions
3. One-time course / product refunds
For one-time purchases (courses, individual sessions, digital products), we offer the following refund policy:
- 7-day refund window: request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 25% of the course content
- After 7 days or 25% content consumed: refunds are not offered, except in the cases noted below
4. Exceptional refunds (always available)
Regardless of timing, we will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- The service is completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to our fault (not your internet/device)
- The service was materially misrepresented at purchase
- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment)
- You are legally entitled to a refund under Indian consumer protection law
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@quitlosing.in with:
- Your full name and registered email / phone
- Your payment reference or order ID
- Reason for refund
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. Exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. What's not refundable
- Fees for services you have fully used / completed
- Third-party charges (payment gateway fees may be non-refundable in some cases)
- Community or membership fees where access has already been granted and substantially used
- Custom coaching or 1-on-1 sessions once delivered
7. Chargebacks
If you have a payment concern, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without giving us a chance to resolve the issue may result in suspension of your access pending resolution.
