Refund & Cancellation Policy

Current status: All QuitLosing services are currently free of charge. This policy will apply when paid subscription tiers launch. Nothing here applies to the free QuitLosing Practice assessment — there's nothing to cancel or refund.

1. What this policy covers

This policy describes how refunds and cancellations work for paid subscriptions, courses, and digital products offered by QuitLosing.

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. Exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
